The hotel was perfect, with a very good location in front of the beach in a safe neighbourhood. The staff was polite and super helpful. The room was exactly as described. Very clean with amazing view. One of the best we have visited.

I needed to contact a doctor during my stay and all the staff were very helpful and caring, especially Fabricio. Pablo is a great host that even though we didn't meet in person was always available and attentive to our requests or questions.

Having a balcony was nice. High water pressure and consistently hot water. Easy to access but on the 11th floor, so very safe. Very beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Bed was very comfortable, one of the best night's sleep I've had in South America. Pablo was a very responsive and attentive host. Would definitely recommend and will stay again if ever in Montevideo.
