Everything. Bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, The best part for us was the back garden, it was easily big enough to have local friends over (who were friends with the owner). But the best part was the roof terrace. Beautiful views, nice sun trap. Nice morning relaxing area with a coffee. Couldn't be happier. And the cost is really cheap for the quality. Also the local village, and the surrounding villages. It's a little hidden gem.

Everything, we had the whole house. It’s spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our #1 spot on our 3 week trip so far.

Herdade do Montinho er nýlega enduruppgerð villa í Portalegre, 2,9 km frá ráðhúsinu. Hún er með sundlaug með útsýni og fjallaútsýni. Wonderful owner and very nice apartment. Comfortable nice linens. Would love to stay again if we are ever in the area.

Gosto do Campo er staðsett í Lavre á Alentejo-svæðinu og býður upp á gistirými með ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði. Þetta orlofshús er með garð. The poperty and the hosts were exeptional! We brought our dog and had the best time on the stunning countryside of Alentejo!

Carolina and Francisco are the perfect hosts; always friendly, available and helpful.

Beautiful space, very cosy with a very nice and minima decor. Super comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Loved it all!

Beautiful well equipped spacey apartment with small courtyard outside space on ground floor. Handy free parking 3 mins away outside city walls. Close to restaurants and tiny supermarket 2mins walk away,

CASA DA VIZINHA, QUINTA DAS MEMÓRIAS býður upp á garðútsýni, grillaðstöðu og svalir, í um 4,9 km fjarlægð frá Marvao-kastala. Þetta sumarhús er með einkasundlaug, garð og ókeypis einkabílastæði. We wish we could have stayed longer! Natalia & Mario are the sweetest hosts and gave us such a warm welcome to their beautiful home! We very much regretted that we hadn’t booked a longer stay. The attention to detail and coziness of the house, the peacefulness and privacy of the garden, the smell of cut grass, trees and roses offer such rest and comfort. The location is perfect for exploring the villages of the area (Marvao, Castell do Vide, Portalegre..) or to make some of the many nature walks. The breakfast is just amazing: every morning they bring fresh bread that is left at the door, together with the homemade jam, sausages, free range eggs…the experience has been marvellous and we will return for another bit of heaven.

Casas do er staðsett í Beirã, 9 km frá Marvao-kastala og 13 km frá Rómverska borginni Ammaia. Miramonte Marvão býður upp á gistirými með loftkælingu, verönd og ókeypis WiFi. This was a super cute apartment. It had everything we needed! It was very clean and comfortable. Had an AC unit in the upper floor which was very much needed with the heat wave. There was small cafe walking distance which we enjoyed grabbing bites to eat. Sonia gave us great recommendations for dinner and activities to do. OF course, the highlight was the Marvao Castle. But she recommended we go to a town pool. This was so much fun and needed (it was 100 degrees F)! She also recommend a great restaurant-- we loved the family feel to it! We highly recommend this place! We only stayed one night. I regret that now. I would have rather stayed two nights in Marvao and one in Evora. (next time!)
